Falling into Place Counseling

As a therapist, my role is to create a supportive space where teens, young adults, and adults can heal, grow, and nurture their emotional well-being. I offer in-office sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These methods support clients in exploring their emotions, developing effective coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, and building resilience—all within a compassionate, non-judgmental environment. This is a supervised private practice. It is owned and/or managed by a master’s level, non-independent licensee under Board-approved clinical supervision pursuant to A.A.C. R4-6-211.
